All Spencers Gift Vouchers and their redemption are subject to certain terms and conditions, including:

 

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Upon expiry of a Gift Voucher any unused value is forfeited. 

2. All services by Spencers Mobile Car Detailing are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Spencers Gift Vouchers are only able to be redeemed within Sydney’s Northern Beaches comprising of an area incorporating: Allambie Heights, Avalon, Bayview, Bilgola, Brookvale, Church Point, Clareville, Clontarf, Collaroy Plateau, Dee Why, Elanora Heights, Fairlight, Forestville, Frenchs Forest, Freshwater, Ingleside, Manly Vale, Manly, Mona Vale, Narrabeen, Narraweena, Newport, North Balgowlah, North Curl Curl, North Narrabeen, Palm Beach, Pittwater, Queenscliff, Seaforth, Terry Hills, Warriewood, Whale Beach & Wheeler Heights. 

4. If you receive a Gift Voucher and your vehicle is outside the designated Sydney suburbs you will be required to relocate the vehicle to a region where Spencers Gift Vouchers can be redeemed.

5. Your Gift Voucher is non-refundable and non-returnable, neither can a Gift Voucher purchase be cancelled, except in accordance with your legal rights.

6. Gift voucher purchases must be completed online via the Spencers website www.SpencersMobileCarDetailing.com  

7. Gift Voucher recipients must make their intention of redeeming a gift voucher clear when confirming their booking.

8. Gift Vouchers may be used for payment of the identified service at up to the value detailed on the voucher.  

9. When redeeming a Gift Voucher it is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to provide a safe working environment where the service can be delivered. OH&S assessment of what is considered a safe working environment will be at the sole discretion of the service provider. Where any aspect of the environment is deemed to be unsafe Spencers may refuse service until the situation is rectified to their specification.

10. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to provide ready and unencumbered access to their vehicle, a clean mains pressure water supply and a 240volt mains electricity outlet. During the entire period of Spencers services.

11. Should Spencers total charges total more than the value of the Gift Voucher/s, redeemed Spencers will invoice for the difference and this amount must be paid as per these terms and conditions.

12. A maximum of two (2) Gift vouchers can be redeemed on a single booking & transaction

13. The original Gift Voucher must be presented prior to the associated services being undertaken.  If the voucher cannot be produced then payment must be made for the service in advance. In this instance the voucher can be used at a future date (before its expiry date).

14. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on any unused portion of the Voucher.

15. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Spencers or be otherwise redeemable.

16. Spencer will not refund or offer credit for unredeemed Gift Vouchers (in part or otherwise), unless required by law.

17. All payments for service must be either with a Gift Voucher or cash at the time of service.

18. Terms are void where prohibited by law. Spencers Mobile Car Detailing Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

19. Spencers may cancel any Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel bookings using a Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
